Bad Temper is a Finnish metal band formally founded in 2022 in Kokkola, west coast of Finland. Nowadays the members have spread to different cities, but we still keep the lines hot and instruments sharp. BT consists of professional and energetic musicians, who have a serious grip in their playing but also a touch of playfulness through their characters.
Bad Temper released their first album “Exclamation Point” in 2026, including four singles. Our music is a mix of modern metal, ranging all the way to elements of hardcore punk, with high-speed riffing and drumming, solid melodies and screaming guitar solos.
Currently we are working on a surprise release (how exciting) and will soon start working on new material for our second album.
Members
Iisakki (isaac)
Isaac is Bad Temper's founding member, lead guitarist, lyricist and main composer. He is the Duracell and voice of our band, being everywhere all at once and telling the funniest stories. Isaac also delivers the speediest of solos (it's a wonder his fretboard doesn't set on fire). Isaac's favourite artist is Sierra Hull, and as a child he dreamed about being a professional hockey player.

Miko (michelangelo)
Miko is the bassist, lyricist and also a founding member of Bad Temper. He is our gentle giant, stabilizer and a trusted adviser. Miko takes good care of our low frequencies and knows how to wave his fabulous curly locks at the same time. Miko's favourite artist is Gojira, and his second dream profession as a child was a historian (note: the first one was a musician and look at him now!).

mari-ella (matu)
Matu is Bad Temper's keyboardist and the unicorn and popcorn of the band. She paints with lighter shades to complete our heavy music, bringing in some fairy dust. Funnily enough she is actually not a metalhead. She loves musicals, and her favourite artist is Michael Jackson. As a child one of her dream professions was a vet (if asked now, the title would be changed to a dog trainer).

Jussi
Jussi is Bad Temper's vocalist and brings our poetic lyrics for people to hear. His analytic and rational approach to our matters is often needed and a good addition to our variety of temperaments. When with Bad Temper, if you hear growling or screaming or any strange noises coming from somewhere around the corner it might be Jussi warming up his voice (quite impressive vocal control folks, you should hear). Jussi's favourite vocalist is Will Ramos, and his dream profession as a child was a programmer.

Tommi
Tommi, our drummer, hits the pots and pans so fast that his hands and feet blur. He is Bad Temper's newest member. Tommi's greatest inspiration to playing has been Joey Jordison and his favourite artist is Nevermore. As a child his dream job was to be Lordi’s drummer (actually he yelled that out loud at the checkout counter during grocery shopping).
